an awful dream last night. there was some sort of global conflict brewing, and i got separated from my husband and family. i was staying in the garage of some couple of in new mexico, when i called my friend to tell her i was going to go find my husband. she said not to go anywhere but mexico, because her plane had been sent back from isreal due to some nuclear explosion in iran and other attacks on places in the middle east that followed. the couple i was living with was already packed and telling me to come, but i was trying to collect a few things before i went with them. i was so terrified, not knowing where any of my family members were or if i'd ever reach them again. i was trying to collect things from each one to remind myself. but the couple kept yelling at me that they weren't even going to be able to take their two, sweet old dogs and that i should just leave everything behind.

two nights ago i dreamt that my hair was very brittle and would break off at the ends whenever i touched it.
